Schedule your service

Please note: This booking covers the full two-day event scheduled on June 2–3, 2025. Participants are only required to book once to attend both days."

1. Synopsis
This course ensures WSHOs can enforce stronger safety culture and worker engagement using digital coaching tools, mobile apps and data-driven micro-learning. Participants explore how checklists, micro-learning modules, chatbots and short digital nudges can reinforce safe behaviours and sustainability practices on the ground. They design practical “digital safety coaching” interventions that ensure frequent, bite-sized learning, better reporting and more consistent execution of WSH and environmental requirements.

2. Programme Description
Across 9 hours, participants review current examples of digital safety coaching, behaviour-based apps and micro-learning platforms. They map existing training and communication practices, then redesign selected touchpoints into short digital interventions (e.g. pre-task micro-lessons, app-based reminders, quick surveys). Teams create a simple digital coaching plan, including content, frequency, data collection and follow-up actions. The course ensures that each participant leaves with realistic, scalable ideas to drive safer and more sustainable behaviours using widely available technologies.

3. Programme Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Ensure digital tools and micro-learning are effectively applied to daily WSH and sustainability coaching.
2. Ensure safety messages are broken into focused, practical micro-interventions at critical work moments.
3. Ensure data from apps and digital check-ins is used to refine training and enforcement priorities.
4. Enforce consistent, ethical and engaging communication that supports both safety and environmental behaviours.

4. Alignment to CPD
This course ensures WSHOs expand their skills in communication, management and technology-enabled behaviour change. It keeps them abreast of evolving digital training and engagement practices, and enforces application through design and planning exercises. By embedding safety and sustainability messages into everyday micro-learning, WSHOs strengthen their ability to shape culture and outcomes. Ethical handling of worker feedback and data enforces professional standards, while the focus on digital, low-resource interventions broadens capabilities in management, technology and environmental management
