Digital HSE: Low-Carbon & Compliance
1. Synopsis
This course ensures WSHOs can lead digital HSE transformation to enforce compliance, traceability and low-carbon performance. Participants learn how to convert paper-based processes into digital workflows for risk assessments, inspections, incidents and actions, while embedding energy, carbon, waste and water indicators. Using current examples of digital platforms and integrated standards, they design transformation plans that ensure safer and more sustainable workplaces.
2. Programme Description
Over 9 hours, participants review current digital HSE platforms and integrated HSE-sustainability approaches drawn from recent articles and industry practice. They map existing processes, expose bottlenecks and redesign selected workflows in digital form with integrated safety and environmental KPIs. Teams then build a phased implementation roadmap that enforces stakeholder engagement, training, data migration and performance review. The course ensures participants leave with clear, tailored steps to drive digital and sustainability integration.
